          Chromecast tracking is not a default feature of Analytics tracking – and must be implemented as a special request. Plays via Chromecast will be logged as a web-view play unless this additional feature is enabled. <\/span><\/p>\n

          Streamhub counts trailer content in exactly the same way that it treats other (non-ad) content. For that reason, you will see trailer consumption in the program rankings reports.<\/span><\/p>\n

          The audience loyalty (or retention & churn) report requires at least 2 months worth of data to provide insights. Therefore it will typically be made available 8-10 weeks after your account has gone live.<\/span><\/p>\n
